Experimental branch

We maintain the experimental branch in our fork of the official Mailman repository, which includes new features that are not yet (and may never be) part of the official codebase.

The word "experimental" is used to emphasize that this branch has a smaller user base than the master branch and is therefore tested less extensively. However, we do our best to ensure that bugs do not linger in it.
